| Nigel has a background in finance, project management, company management, client relationships, sales and marketing with large multinationals such as BP and JPMorgan Chase and as CEO of a financial software company. His career includes years spent in Turkey, Australia, USA and Austria. |
Richard has specialised in project management, change management and customer focus, working at board level in large multinational companies (Plessey, GEC, BAE Systems and Finmeccanica) in many different countries for over 30 years. He is a Freeman of the City of London, a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists and serves as a magistrate sitting in London. |

| Riaan has been employed in the Property Industry since 2006 as an Assistant Accountant. He achieved a Higher Diploma in Accounting in 2003 in South Africa and is currently studying towards the final level of the ACCA Professional Qualification. | Josef achieved a BSc in Property and Urban Development at the University of Westminster and an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Managers. Josef joined MLPL in September of 2011 as a Property Manager. |

| Jamie Fletcher joined us as a trainee Property Manager in November 2012 from Sheffield Hallam University where he gained a degree in Property Studies. He is applying to become an Affiliate of the Institute of Residential Property Managers and over a 12 month period will study towards achieving Associate status. |
